Our Hervey Bay team specialises in the sales, fabrication, and installation of aluminium windows and doors for both residential and commercial projects.

- Plan and schedule production to meet operational capacity and deadlines
- Coordinate deliveries and installations to align with customer timelines
- Monitor workflow and prioritise tasks to maximise efficiency
- Manage administrative functions including billing, reporting, and collections
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless operations

About You You are a highly organised qualified who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring:

- Experience in production planning, scheduling,



or coordination (manufacturing, construction, or similar industries)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities and problem-solve effectively
- A team-focused approach with the ability to work independently
