About the Role

We’re seeking a Professional Services & Portfolio Engineering Team Lead (Systems) – a hands‑on technical leader who will guide our team of highly experienced systems engineers, drive delivery excellence, and shape the future of infrastructure projects across cloud and on‑premises environments. The role may be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and develop a team of high‑performing Systems Engineers across multiple geographies within the Skilled Services and Portfolio Engineering functions.
- Work with the Project Management Team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and to defined standards,



aligning with design documentation, Statements of Work and delivery frameworks.
- Ensure all required artefacts such as design and planning documents, test plans, UAT, as‑built documents and delivery checklists meet defined quality benchmarks.
- Act as the technical escalation point for the Systems delivery stream, guiding engineers through complex challenges and architectural decision‑making.
- Champion technical excellence and standardisation across infrastructure design, build and handover processes.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Service Delivery to ensure seamless client outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, automation and documentation quality.
- Provide regular reporting on team performance, utilisation and project delivery metrics.
