About the Role

Curtin University's School of Population Health is seeking a proactive and highly organised Program Coordinator to join our collaborative research team. Reporting to the Research Program Lead, this role provides essential operational, administrative and coordination support across a portfolio of nationally significant research projects funded by the Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF), the Stan Perron Charitable Foundation and the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC).

Working closely with a growing team of researchers, clinicians and professional staff, you will help coordinate project activities, monitor timelines and milestones, support governance, ethics and grant reporting requirements, and facilitate collaboration with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.



You will also provide administrative support for meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, assist with stakeholder engagement activities, and contribute to the coordination of PhD and postdoctoral researchers involved in the Centre's research programs.
