OT Program Manager | Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Remediation

6-Month Initial Contract | $1,000 + Super per Day | Sydney or Brisbane An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced OT Program Manager to lead a large-scale Operational Technology (OT) remediation initiative within a major organisation delivering services across critical infrastructure and highly secure operational environments.

This program has been established to identify, prioritise and remediate cyber security, operational and compliance risks across complex OT environments. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role overseeing a portfolio of remediation projects while remaining hands-on in the delivery of critical workstreams.

This is a high-profile engagement, offering the opportunity to work across operational environments that support essential services and nationally significant infrastructure.

The Opportunity

Reporting into senior technology leadership, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of an enterprise-wide OT remediation program. You will provide strategic oversight, governance, stakeholder engagement and program reporting, while also taking ownership of key projects and ensuring remediation initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to security and operational standards.

This role will suit a Program Manager who is comfortable operating at both strategic and delivery levels and who possesses strong experience navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of a multi-stream OT remediation program
- Develop and execute program roadmaps, project plans and delivery strategies
- Identify, assess and manage cyber security and operational risks across OT environments
- Drive governance, reporting, budgeting,



scheduling and resource management activities
- Facilitate steering committees and provide regular updates to executive stakeholders
- Manage vendors, delivery partners and technical specialists
- Ensure projects comply with established PMO frameworks and delivery methodologies
- Implement quality assurance processes and oversee remediation outcomes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned activities
- Take ownership of priority projects and remain hands-on where required

About You

You will be an experienced Program Manager with a solid background delivering technology and infrastructure programs within complex operational environments.

Experience in Operational Technology (OT) environments will be highly regarded, particularly across industries such as:

- Critical Infrastructure
- Defence
- Utilities
- Transport and Rail
- Mining and Resources
- Industrial or Manufacturing Operations

You will also bring

- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale programs and multiple concurrent projects
- Strong understanding of cyber security, risk management and remediation initiatives
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills, including executive-level communication
- Experience managing third-party vendors and delivery partners
- Strong governance, reporting and financial management capabilities
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
