In this role, you'll: Be part of a team delivering safe, reliable and efficient passenger rail and coach services across NSW TrainLink, contributing to initiatives that support better operations and improved outcomes for regional customers.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating and delivering strategic customer projects, helping ensure everything runs smoothly and meets intended objectives. You’ll plan and manage projects from start to finish, including coordinating resources, tracking budgets, and keeping activities on schedule. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll build strong relationships, collaborate to solve problems, and keep projects moving forward in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.

You’ll also monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement practical solutions to drive successful outcomes. Along the way, you’ll contribute to continuous improvement by finding smarter, more efficient ways of working and delivering value across the business. This role is offered on a full-time, fixed term basis until 30 June 2028.

About You

You bring proven project management experience from a large, complex,



customer-focused environment and know how to keep things moving in the face of competing priorities. You thrive on building strong stakeholder relationships, confidently managing differing expectations to deliver outcomes on time and to a high standard. You’ll also bring strong operational awareness, with knowledge of NSW TrainLink systems, processes and ways of working, and ideally have prior exposure to a similar operating environment.

Experience In Technology Delivery Is Also Preferred. Recognised for your ability to work autonomously, you’re skilled at driving projects end-to-end, applying best practice, and staying up to date with industry trends. With a focus on quality, accountability and continuous improvement, you deliver results that make a real impact.
