Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a proactive Project Administrator to join our Fauna Team. You will work closely with the Business Manager and Project/Team Leaders to ensure projects are correctly established, resources are coordinated effectively, and all administrative and compliance requirements are maintained.

This role sits within a collaborative support structure and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and keeping operational details on track in a fast-paced environment. As part of a larger administration and support network,



you will be surrounded by a collaborative team who are committed to quality outcomes, continuous improvement and supporting one another's success. What You'll Be Responsible For

Build and maintain rosters in Deputy

Communicate shift changes and coordinate site coverage

Support workforce allocation across multiple projects

Monitor timesheets in NetSuite

Follow up missing or incorrect entries

Support accurate and timely payroll processing

Maintain SWMS, SDS, Work Direction Forms, pre-starts and project documentation

Ensure compliance records are accurate, current and accessible

Act as a key contact for field teams

Assist with scheduling, PPE, equipment, and site requirements

Provide day-to-day operational administrative support

Consolidate field reports and project data

Identify and flag inconsistencies or issues

Support incident reporting and “good catch” systems

Track corrective actions and follow-ups

Assist with WHS compliance documentation About You

You are highly organised, practical, and confident working in a fast-moving operational environment. You enjoy supporting teams and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

You will bring

Experience in project administration, operations administration, or coordination

Exposure to field-based industries (environmental, construction, civil, landscaping, maintenance or similar)





Strong organisational and time management skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Confidence working with systems, spreadsheets and reporting tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage competing priorities A proactive, problem-solving mindset

Strong safety and compliance awareness

Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately

Experience with Deputy, NetSuite, SafetyCulture, Microsoft Office, SharePoint or similar systems is highly regarded but not essential..
