Your new company We are partnering with a leading organisation in the Higher Education sector undergoing a significant transformation program. We have an chance for an experienced Project Coordinator to support a range of business readiness, training and project delivery activities. Working closely with the Change Lead and broader project team, you'll play a key role in coordinating UAT, stakeholder engagement, training logistics and project support activities to ensure successful program outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate UAT schedules, testing activities, and room bookings.
- Manage training logistics, workshop coordination, and facilitator support.
- Track project activities and maintain project plans.
- Coordinate stakeholder communications and training updates.
- Manage post-training surveys and reporting.
- Support the Change Lead and project team with day-to-day project coordination activities.
What you need to succeed - Previous experience as a Project Coordinator within business transformation or change programs.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating workshops, testing, training, or business readiness activities.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders in a professional environment.
- Higher Education sector experience highly regarded. What you’ll get in return This is an initial 6-month contract opportunity offering the chance to contribute to a large-scale transformation initiative within a well-established Higher Education institution. The role offers a day rate of $700 + super per day, and you'll be working in a hybrid setting based in Sydney.
