Lewis Woolcott is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to join our commercial delivery team, supporting some of Australia’s largest and most complex infrastructure, energy and resources projects.
This role is suited to a senior project controls skilled with proven experience establishing and leading integrated cost, schedule, risk and reporting frameworks on major and mega projects.
You will play a critical role in providing clarity, control and confidence across project performance, working closely with project leadership to support informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead project controls frameworks, systems and governance for major and mega projects
- Integrate cost, schedule, risk and progress into a cohesive project performance environment
- Develop and manage project baselines, forecasting and performance reporting
- Oversee change management, risk and planning functions, ensuring alignment across cost, schedule and delivery objectives
- Manage and coordinate cost control, schedule management, earned value (where applicable) and trend analysis
- Implement and administer change control, risk and contingency processes
- Deliver clear, accurate and decision-ready dashboards and reports to senior stakeholders
- Support assurance, governance and client reporting requirements
- Lead, mentor and coordinate project controls and planning resources as required
About You
- Extensive experience as a Project Controls Manager on major or mega projects
- Proven capability setting up project controls systems and processes from mobilisation
- Strong background in infrastructure, energy, resources or major transport projects
- High proficiency across project controls disciplines (cost, planning, risk, reporting)
- Comfortable operating in FIFO or remote site environments
