Whether you're a Senior Contract Administrator ready to lead your own projects, a Senior Project Coordinator in Tier 1 looking for more ownership, or an experienced Project Manager from a Tier 3 builder, this role offers the chance to take the next step in your career.

The Project

Your first project will be a multi-level apartment development valued at approximately $100M, working alongside an experienced Construction Manager and established delivery team. From there, you'll continue working across high-quality residential developments throughout Melbourne.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you'll take ownership of all commercial and delivery aspects of your project, including:

- Design management
- Head contract administration
- Subcontract management
- Cost planning and forecasting
- Programme management
- Client and consultant liaison
- Project reporting
- Leading and mentoring the project team

This is a genuine Project Manager role with responsibility from project commencement through to completion.

This opportunity would suit someone who is:

- A Senior Contract Administrator ready to become a Project Manager
- A Senior Project Coordinator from a Tier 1 contractor wanting greater ownership
- A Project Manager from a Tier 3 builder looking to join a larger business

To be considered you will have:
- Proven experience delivering multi-level apartment projects
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to build relationships with consultants, subcontractors and clients
- A genuine desire to progress your career
