About the Role

ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services is seeking an experienced, results-driven, and highly organized Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic projects across our education, consulting, and business services portfolio. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

? Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

Lead projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion.

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery schedules.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Stakeholder & Team Management

Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.

Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and business partners.

Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions.

Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Foster collaboration and accountability to achieve project objectives.

PMO & Governance

Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and organizational standards.





Maintain project documentation, status reports, risk registers, and project dashboards.

Prepare executive reports, presentations, and performance updates.

Support PMO initiatives, project audits, and portfolio management activities.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.

Business Strategy & Continuous Improvement

Collaborate with leadership to support strategic initiatives and business transformation projects.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and project delivery.

Analyze project outcomes and recommend process enhancements.

Support organizational change management and innovation initiatives.

Mentor junior project team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

✅ Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

5+ years of experience managing projects across business, consulting, technology, education, or professional services.

Proven experience delivering multiple projects with cross-functional teams.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or business reporting tools is an advantage.





Qualified certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or CAPM are preferred.

Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
