TSR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join a regional fit out contractor, operating across the Southeast of the UK including Anglia and Kent on permanent basis.
Due to significant project starts, this well-established fit out contractor is looking to bolster its operational team with the addition of an experienced Projects Manager to work on major high street brand sites with a particular focus on fire separation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established construction business with a great reputation in the region for its quality and service.
The Role
- Programming of projects using Asta (essential)
- Establish successful working relationships with site managers and project teams
- Manage clients' expectations, chair meetings and update on progress
- Office and site-based role must be willing to travel and stay away on occasion
The Person
- Experience in a project manager role within retail fitout
- Valuable IT skills
- Organised and qualified
- Good communication skills
- CSCS essential - SMSTS and First Aid
- ProCure experience would be beneficial
- Fire Separation experience essential
