This is a well-established Australian group with a national footprint and international links, operating across promotional merchandise, marketing solutions, and the automotive refinishing sector. With complex warehousing, supply chain, and customer service operations, the business is now undertaking a strategic Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation to modernise its core systems and support future growth.

The role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-impact Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, Oracle, and a specialist implementation partner, you will coordinate the program end-to-end and ensure the solution is aligned to business needs and delivered on time.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you will act as the bridge between the technical implementation team and the business, translating requirements into clear actions and keeping the project moving forward.

What you’ll be doing

- Leading day-to-day delivery of an Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation.
- Managing engagement between internal stakeholders, Oracle,



and the implementation partner.
- Supporting the review and mapping of current business processes and workflows across finance, operations, and related areas.
- Helping guide decisions around standard functionality versus required customisation.
- Tracking project progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
- Facilitating clear, timely communication across all project participants.
- Supporting testing, change readiness, and implementation activities to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

What you’ll bring

- Mandatory: Proven project management experience on ERP implementations.
- Highly desirable: Direct experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP implementations.
- Robust understanding of business process mapping and workflow design.
- Confidence working with vendors, implementation partners, and technical teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with the ability to balance technical and business needs.
