Masons Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Electrical Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our leadership team. This isn't a desk-only role. We're looking for someone who enjoys being on site, solving problems, supporting their teams and driving projects through to successful completion.

You'll oversee commercial mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical projects across Victoria while leading supervisors, tradespeople and apprentices to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage multiple commercial projects from award through to completion.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, procurement and project schedules.
- Monitor budgets, productivity and project profitability.
- Build strong relationships with builders, consultants and clients.
- Identify variations and commercial opportunities.
- Mentor Supervisors, Leading Hands and site teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project meetings.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery.





What We're Looking For

- Proven experience managing HVAC or mechanical services projects.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Financial awareness with the ability to monitor budgets and profitability.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Trade background in HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing or Electrical highly regarded.
