Role Description The Project Manager (Remote – Australia) is a full-time role responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering digital and technology projects for Soflogy’s clients. This role oversees project lifecycles from initiation to completion, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

The Project

Manager works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure milestones are met, quality standards are upheld, and projects align with client objectives. Daily activities include tracking progress, managing dependencies,



handling project documentation, facilitating meetings, and resolving issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget. This position is fully remote, requiring effective communication, proactive collaboration, and the ability to work independently across time zones within Australia.

Qualifications

Strong project management skills, including experience with Project Management methodologies, planning, and execution.

Experience in expediting and working as an Expeditor, ensuring timely delivery of project components and resolving delays.

Knowledge of Expediting and Inspection processes to monitor quality, compliance, and vendor performance.

Background in Logistics Management, coordinating materials, timelines, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage digital, IT, or marketing-related projects within remote or distributed teams.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar) and collaborative platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are advantageous.
