Join a high-performing Defence project team supporting the delivery of leading-edge autonomous aviation capabilities. This role sits within the Collaborative and Autonomous Systems Project Office (CASPO) and offers the opportunity to contribute to complex capability programs while working closely with Defence stakeholders, industry partners, and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support project delivery, governance activities and stakeholder coordination across a major Defence capability program.
- Prepare project documentation, briefs, governance papers, schedules and reporting artefacts.
- Assist with commercial and financial management activities including contract administration, procurement support, invoice processing and budget monitoring.
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting and cost estimation activities.
- Support risk, issue and dependency management processes.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities across Defence and industry environments.
- Assist with sustainment planning,



governance submissions and capability management activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project performance reporting.

Key Skills:

- Experience in project support, product support, program coordination or project administration roles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Ability to prioritise competing demands and adapt within a fast-paced setting.
- Experience preparing governance documentation, reports and briefing materials. Financial and commercial administration experience.
- Knowledge of Defence governance, program management or commercial frameworks highly regarded.
- Understanding of Defence SPO environments will be advantageous.
