Sonder in Australia is seeking dedicated individuals to join the Responders Network in a casual, on-call capacity. Based in or around Darwin, you'll provide in-person welfare checks and psychological first aid in response to critical incidents, coordinating with a Support Centre and the regional manager.
You nominate your own hours and are remunerated for on-call availability and incident response. To succeed, applicants bring empathy, high emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and the
