✅ White Card✅ Relevant industry tickets and licences✅ Current HR or MC driver’s licence with a clean driving record✅ Road Ranger experience (preferred)✅ Experience operating a range of plant and machinery✅ Strong problem-solving skills✅ Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated✅ A mechanically minded approach✅ The ability to work both independently and as part of a team✅ A positive, “can-do” attitude✅ Excellent attention to detail✅ A good eye for levels and a commitment to completing work to a high standard✅ Willingness to assist with labouring duties when required✅ Confidence working directly with clients in a professional manner✅ A commitment to maintaining a strict drug and alcohol-free workplace
