Wait / Bar staff for Venue Isoletta Restaurant in Dalkeith

Isoletta is looking for wait staff focused on delivering exceptional dining experiences through efficient service, menu knowledge, and table management. Key duties include greeting guests, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments, and maintaining cleanliness, typically requiring strong communication skills and experience in fast-paced hospitality and drink preparation. Key responsibilities for bartender would include mixing beverages, managing inventory, adhering to safety regulations, and maintaining a positive, energetic team environment.

Isoletta Bar + Restaurant is looking for a bartender for mostly evening shifts Tuesday - Sunday. We have introduced a cocktail party every Friday from 5.30/6pm till 7pm, which needs solid leadership and cocktail skills!

Looking for someone with experience with cocktails, weekend availability,



experience in fast paced environments and possibly wine knowledge would be a bonus!

Isoletta is a high end Italian based restaurant and are in need of wait staff willing to come in and help create and nurture the amazing atmosphere we hope to create! Someone who is passionate about food and providing the best service possible.

We are open from 12pm to late. Looking for someone who can provide at least 25/30 hours a week, becoming a massive part of our already solid FOH team!

Our pay rates adhere to the hospitality award rates depending on your level and skill ️
