Who We're Looking For

This isn't just another Sales Associate role.

We're looking for someone who is hungry to learn, willing to put in the work, and committed to becoming one of the best agents in the industry.

You may already have experience in real estate, but more importantly, you're someone who takes initiative, enjoys meeting people, embraces challenges, and understands that long-term success comes from consistency, not shortcuts.

You'll be supported by Edward as you build your own portfolio of listings, gaining hands on experience across the full sales process including prospecting, listing presentations, negotiations, marketing, buyer management, and client care.



You'll receive step by step guidance while taking ownership of your own campaigns and developing the skills needed to operate as a successful sales agent.

As you grow, you'll also be encouraged to develop your own local presence, establish lasting relationships within the community, and build a business you're proud to call your own.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone with:

Previous experience in residential real estate sales, ideally 12+ months as a Sales Representative or Sales Associate.

A current WA Real Estate Registration.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Strong organisation and attention to detail.

A positive attitude and willingness to be coached.

High personal standards and a strong work ethic.

A genuine desire to build a long term career in real estate.

Knowledge of Town of Victoria Park or the surrounding suburbs is a bonus, but attitude and commitment matter far more than postcode familiarity.
