We are looking for a results-driven, motivated Sales Representative to join our team at our South Guildford depot.
About the role:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all stages of service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to client enquiries and coordinating transport services to meet their requirements
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction
- Provide consistent and exceptional service levels to all customers
- Assessing transport requirements, including freight mass, height, and measurements to ensure compliance with state regulations
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive communication and follow-up
- Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Managing and resolving customer issues quickly and effectively to maximise satisfaction
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the transport or logistics industry
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
- Ability to work as a team member with other departments of the organisation
- A positive geographic knowledge of Western Australia and the Northern Territory
- Be able to provide creative solutions that address customer needs
- Ability to make presentations to prospective clients
- A positive and determined attitude
- Strong industry knowledge and logistics requirements
- Good computer proficiency in MS Office
