About the RoleWe're looking for a creative, motivated and proactive Marketing & Communications Officer to join our Business and Corporate Services team.This is an exciting opportunity to lead ISSG's day-to-day marketing and communications while helping grow the profile of both ISSG and our Aboriginal-owned client companies. You'll play a key role in developing engaging content, managing digital communications, coordinating campaigns and events, and delivering marketing initiatives that showcase the services, capabilities and achievements of our organisation and the companies we work with.Working across a diverse range of industries and projects, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, tell compelling stories and strengthen brand awareness through strategic marketing and communications.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou'll be a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships,



thinking creatively and delivering high-quality work. You'll be organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects while bringing fresh ideas and initiative to the role.You'll ideally have:Experience in marketing, communications, public relations or a similar role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience managing websites and LinkedIn business pages.Experience creating engaging marketing and communication content.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.Experience using Microsoft 365 and Canva (or similar design software).A genuine interest in supporting Aboriginal business and building strong stakeholder relationships.
