MotoMAX is seeking an organised and proactive Parts Inventory Manager to take ownership of our busy parts department.

This is a key role within the dealership, responsible for keeping our workshop and retail operations running smoothly by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time. You'll be managing day-to-day inventory control, supporting technicians and customers, and maintaining strong supplier relationships across a wide range of leading motorcycle and powersports brands.

- Forecasting stock requirements based on sales history and seasonal demand
- Receiving and processing incoming stock
- Maintaining accurate inventory records within Blackpurl

- Good computer literacy and confidence using systems
- Experience with inventory management systems
- The ability to work collaboratively with technicians and sales staff
- A proactive, reliable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A forklift licence (advantageous, but not essential)

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with systems and processes, takes pride in accuracy, and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes in a busy workshop environment. Motorcycle industry knowledge is highly desirable, but attitude and capability will be just as important.

Why Join MotoMAX?:

- Join a growing, locally owned motorcycle dealership.
- Work with exciting brands including Royal Enfield, Segway Powersports and ZX Moto.
- Ongoing manufacturer training and development opportunities.
- Friendly, passionate team culture.
- Chance to grow your career as the business continues to expand.

If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now with your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience.
