This represents an exciting opportunity to join a growing and friendly accounting firm based in Townsville. This firm has been in operation for many years and are led by an incredible team of Directors and Managers. This firm partners with high quality businesses and high net worth clients.
POSITION
Due to growth the position of Intermediate Accountant has been created.
This role will involve the following:
- Preparation of tax returns and financials for a variety of SME clients
- Div 7A, CGT, FBT matters
- Client relationship management
A structured pathway to Senior Accountant is provided.
CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- CA/CPA completed or near completion
- 2-4+ years experience in Australian Public Practice
- Solid hands on tax compliance experience
- Experience dealing directly with clients would be highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (non negotiable)
- An excellent work ethic, attitude and willingness to learn
