We’re on the lookout for reliable, hands-on Precast Concrete All-Rounders to join our team. If you’ve got experience across formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, and finishing we want to hear from you.

This is a physically demanding, rapid-paced role in a busy precast yard. You’ll need to be adaptable, safety-focused, and willing to get stuck in across different areas of production.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your experience, your day-to-day may include:

- Preparing and cleaning moulds

- Reading and interpreting basic drawings or instructions

- Placing and tying reinforcement

- Setting up timber or steel formwork

- Pouring, vibrating, and finishing concrete

- Stripping and cleaning precast components

- Using hand and power tools

- Operating machinery (if licensed)

- General yard duties and housekeeping

- Willingness to rotate across different tasks in the yard

- Commitment to protected work practices

Minimum Requirements

- White Card





- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

- Able to commit to early starts and full time hours

- Previous experience in precast, formwork, or concrete (preferred)

- Concrete finishing experience and screeding

- Willing to follow safety procedures and wear PPE

- Able to take direction and work within a team

Highly Regarded (Not Essential)

- Ability to read construction or shop drawings

- Experience in precast concrete production

- Forklift, Dogman, or Rigging tickets

- EWP, Working at Heights, or other site tickets

- Reliable transport (site based in Cardup)
