Electrical Supervisor – S26 | FIFO 2/1 | Salaried | FGM & RTIO Sites
Proton Power is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor (S26) to lead electrical delivery across major shutdown, maintenance and brownfields works on FMG and Rio Tinto operations. This full‑time salaried role offers stability, strong leadership scope and the opportunity to oversee high‑performance electrical teams on tier‑one sites.

Role Details

- Full‑time salaried position
- 2/1 FIFO roster
- FMG or RTIO sites
- Lead electrical teams across shutdown, maintenance and project scopes
- Long‑term opportunity with a high‑performing contractor

Key Responsibilities

- Lead electrical teams. Supervise electricians and contractors across daily work fronts
- Drive safe execution. Ensure compliance with site standards, permits and procedures
- Coordinate work delivery. Plan tasks, allocate labour and manage progress reporting
- Oversee S26 responsibilities. Electrical supervision, isolation oversight and statutory compliance
- Support shutdown & project scopes. Interface with client reps, engineers and planners
- Maintain documentation,



QA records and daily reporting
- Champion a solid safety culture across all work groups

Essential Requirements

- WA Electrical Licence
- Demonstrated experience as an Electrical Supervisor / S26
- Strong background in mining, heavy industrial or shutdown environments
- Proven leadership capability in high‑risk electrical work
- Current CPR/LVR
- White Card
- Ability to pass pre‑employment medical & D&A;
- Valid Driver’s Licence

Desirable

- FMG or RTIO site experience
- Exposure to major shutdowns or brownfields project delivery
- Working at Heights
- EWP
