Little Scholars School of Early Learning is a home from home, family orientated, early education campus with a focus on creating a successful future for all our children, educators and families. Situated in the heart of Stapylton, we have a beautiful & well-resourced setting that cares for children from 6 weeks to 6 years.

Role Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated 2IC (Assistant Campus Manager) to support the Campus Manager and lead the delivery of high-quality curriculum across the service. This role is ideal for a confident, relationship-focused leader with strong interpersonal skills, proven leadership attributes and a genuine passion for early childhood education and curriculum excellence.

The successful candidate will need:

- a Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

- a current and valid Working with Children Check

- a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.

- experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLG

- an ability to interpret curriculum documents

- effective oral and written communication skills

Key Role Responsibilities

- Assist the Campus Manager when needed and support/lead your team when required.

- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing setting.

- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

- Oversee and role model the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, educational program.





- Participate in professional and personal development.

- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values.
