About the role

lrg group' is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Fencing Labourer to join our team in Cockburn Central, WA. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to work as and when needed. As a Fencing Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our fencing installation and maintenance operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting with the installation and repair of various fencing types, including but not limited to timber, metal, and wire fencing

2. Preparing the work site by clearing debris, digging holes, and setting posts

3. Mixing and pouring concrete for fence posts

4. Loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment to the work site

5. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

6. Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Labourer or in a similar manual role, preferably within the trades and services industry

2. Ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team

3. Good communication and problem-solving skills

4.



Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures

5. Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks

6. A valid driver's licence is desirable but not essential
