Beef Australia delivers one of the world’s leading beef industry events every three years in Rockhampton, Queensland. In 2024, the event welcomed more than 125,000 visitors, celebrating all aspects of Australia’s vibrant beef industry. With the next event set for May 2–8, 2027, we’re gearing up for an even bigger celebration.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Partnerships Coordinator to support the delivery of our commercial partnerships and revenue programs leading into Beef 2027.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Partnerships & Revenue Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the partnerships and revenue team to deliver exceptional outcomes for sponsors, members and commercial partners.
You'll be the engine room behind our commercial programs—coordinating systems, managing stakeholder information, supporting contract administration, tracking deliverables and ensuring commitments are executed seamlessly.
This is a highly varied role that combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement, administration and process improvement, providing the opportunity to make a genuine impact while contributing to the success of Beef 2027.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate sponsorship, membership and stakeholder administration activities
- Maintain CRM systems and stakeholder databases
- Manage contracts, records and commercial documentation
- Coordinate invoicing and payment tracking processes
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables and departmental workflows
- Support the delivery of sponsorship benefits and stakeholder commitments
- Prepare proposals, presentations, reports and commercial collateral
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and operational efficiency
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Events, Operations and Finance teams
ABOUT YOU
You will be an organised, detail-oriented qualified who thrives on keeping projects moving and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
To be successful, you will have:
- Experience in administration, events, project coordination, operations or commercial support
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Robust Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Experience working with CRM or database systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative and solutions-focused approach
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
