We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Leading Hand to join our artificial grass landscaping business in Bibra Lake.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be running a small crew, organising jobs on site, and making sure every project is completed to a high standard.

About the role
You'll be responsible for:
- Supervising and motivating a small landscaping crew
- Running jobs efficiently and safely
- Checking sites and organising daily work
- Liaising with management and clients
- Maintaining high workmanship standards
- Ensuring projects are completed on time
- Leading by example and working alongside your team
What we're looking for
You'll need to have:
- Previous landscaping, civil or relevant trade experience
- Experience leading or supervising a team
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and keep jobs running smoothly
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (manual preferred)
- Reliability and a positive attitude
Key
You must be able to get to our Bibra Lake warehouse for a 7:30am start each weekday before travelling to site with the team in company vehicles.
