About the Role
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of shifts, ensuring efficient service, and a welcoming guest experience. You’ll work closely with the Venue Manager to support smooth day-to-day operations and lead by example on the floor.

Shifts comprise of mornings, afternoons and evenings throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient bar, coffee station with a very well presented floor

- Train, support & lead all FOH team members

- Troubleshoot equipment, or workflow issues during service

- Engage with guests and confidently discuss all food & beverage offerings

- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering when required

- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and venue service standards

- Opening & closing the venue as required

About You

- 1 - 2 years’ supervisor experience or in a high-volume café





- Wine and/or coffee knowledge and attention to detail (preferred but not required)

- Calm, organised, and confident during busy service periods

- Natural leader who enjoys coaching and supporting others

- Approved Managers (WA) & Food Handler Certificate is required

- Qualified, positive, and team-focused
