Forrestania Resources Ltd (ASX: FRS) is a Western Australian rapidly growing gold exploration and development company building a portfolio of gold projects across the Forrestania, Southern Cross and Eastern Goldfields regions. Forrestania’s portfolio comprises a combined gold Mineral Resource of approximately
1,007,800 ounces1, with access to processing infrastructure under construction at Lake Johnston. The Company recently achieved a first ore milestone at its British Hill deposit.
Led by a refreshed and experienced board, Forrestania is strategically expanding its footprint across the Southern Cross, Eastern Goldfields and Forrestania regions through disciplined exploration, selective acquisitions and a commitment to unlocking the broader potential of these highly prospective belts. Forrestania is advancing towards gold production, initially via the wholly-owned Lake Johnston processing facility which was acquired by the Company in late CY 2025. In the Southern Cross district, the Company is advancing a strategy to define significant gold resources that can support long-term development opportunities.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Processing Manager will initially split their time between the Perth office and our Lake Johnston Operation, supporting project development and operational readiness. As the operation progresses into production, the role will transition to a permanent site-based position with full accountability for processing operations and metallurgical performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support process plant design reviews, commissioning activities, and operational readiness initiatives.
- Develop and implement operating procedures, management systems,
and production readiness plans.
- Lead the recruitment, development, and mentoring of the processing operations team to build a high-performing workforce.
- Manage secure and efficient processing plant operations.
- Drive plant performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop operational and metallurgical teams.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
- Provide metallurgical leadership and technical expertise to optimise plant performance and recovery.
- Manage laboratory service providers and foster effective relationships with key operational stakeholders.
- Contribute to operational budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
What You'll Bring
· Demonstrated leadership experience within floatation processing operations.
· Experience supporting project development, commissioning and operational ramp-up activities.
· Current SSE qualification – desirable
· A strong track record managing processing and metallurgical teams.
· 10+ years' experience within mineral processing operations.
· Strong technical knowledge of process optimisation and continuous improvement methodologies.
· Metallurgical, Chemical or Mineral Processing qualifications (preferred but not essential).
