About the Role

We're looking for a confident, high-energy Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team in Southport, QLD. This role is built for someone who is just as comfortable in front of the camera as they are behind it — capturing compelling content that brings the Knotwood brand to life across social media and beyond.

You'll be creating content for Knotwood Australia while contributing to global marketing initiatives, building relationships with our long-standing partners and high-priority clients, and helping tell the Knotwood story in an authentic and engaging way. Some interstate travel may be required.

Responsibilities

- Create photo and video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.

- Get in front of the camera to produce engaging, on-brand social media content.

- Capture and edit high-quality photography and videography on location, in the field, and at client sites.





- Build and manage relationships with existing partners and high-priority clients to facilitate content creation opportunities.

- Plan, schedule, and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

- Assist with global marketing initiatives as directed by the marketing team.

- Ensure all content aligns with Knotwood's brand guidelines and visual identity.

About You

- Demonstrated experience in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio or showreel.

- Proficient in photo and video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, CapCut, or similar).

- Confident on camera with a high-energy, engaging presence.

- Experience managing social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine relationships with clients and partners.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field and as part of a team.

- Comfortable with interstate travel as required.

- Full-time, in-house role only.

- Australian work rights required for this position.

Desirables

- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.

- Exposure to or experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

- Experience in a similar role within the building, construction, or design industry.
