About the Role

The Eddy Group is looking for a sharp, fast-moving Graphic Designer to join the team on a 6-month full-time contract with the opportunity for a long-term position to the right candidate. You'll be embedded across two of Australia's most exciting leisure destinations: Jamberoo Action Park and the newly acquired Sydney Action Park, producing design output that spans across every channel and every format.

This is a fast-paced role working on social assets to large-format signage while maintaining quality across both brand identities. If you thrive under pressure, love theme parks, and can animate as confidently as you can lay out a poster, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Content & Social

– Design social content for Instagram, Facebook, and digital channels across both parks

– Produce motion graphics, animated stories, and short-form video assets

– React quickly to campaign moments, seasonal pushes, and reactive content needs

– Photography

– Videography

Advertising & Campaigns

– Build out ad creatives across digital and print

– Design EDM templates and campaign assets in line with brand guidelines

– Support EOFY, school holiday, and seasonal campaign rollouts end-to-end

Print, Signage & OOH

– Produce large-format signage, wayfinding, and in-park print collateral





– Prepare files for OOH (out-of-home) placements including billboards, transit, and retail

– Liaise with print suppliers on file specs and proofing

Motion Graphics

– Animate social content, digital screen assets, and video intros/outros

– Create motion templates that can be adapted and reused across campaign bursts

– Work in After Effects (and/or Premiere Pro) to produce polished, on-brand motion work

Who You Are

– 3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in-house, agency, or a fast-moving brand environment

– Strong motion graphics capability: After Effects is non-negotiable; Premiere Pro a bonus

– Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)

– Comfortable working across brand guidelines for multiple identities simultaneously

– Experience with large-format and print production

– Bonus: experience in leisure, tourism, entertainment, or retail marketing
