What you'll be doing:

- Leading and supporting the clinical and care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Overseeing care planning, resident assessments, and clinical governance
- Driving compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, clinical governance requirements,



and legislative obligations
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider care team
- Promoting resident choice, dignity, and a genuine sense of home
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and service quality

What you'll bring:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous leadership experience as a Clinical Nurse, Care Coordinator or Care Manager, with at least 2 years' experience in aged care
- Strong understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance
- Confident leadership, communication, and team management skills
- A compassionate, resident-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional aged care
