What You’ll Be Doing

- Assisting with daily kitchen operations and service

- Coaching and supporting junior kitchen team members

- Ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality across all dishes

- Helping maintain food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation

- Managing prep levels, stock rotation, and portion control

- Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy services

- Working collaboratively with front of house and leadership teams

- Leading by example with professionalism and urgency

What We’re Looking For

- Ability to lead by example, support teammates,



and contribute to a positive kitchen culture

- Availability across nights, weekends, and public holidays

- Confidence working under pressure while maintaining consistency and attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude

- High energy, strong work ethic, and pride in delivering quality every service

- Previous experience in a fast-paced professional kitchen with a strong foundation in service, preparation, and kitchen operations

- A chef who is ready to grow into leadership and take the next step in their career

- Strong understanding of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen standards
