Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the pre-owned sales department

- Support, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs

- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction

- Handle customer enquiries and assist in closing deals

- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to sales strategies

- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

- Results-driven with a positive and proactive attitude Confident.

- Autonomous and the Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
