About the Role:
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will lead the Sales Department, drive sales performance, and develop a high-performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales and profitability targets.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop the Sales Team to maximise performance and engagement.
- Drive motorcycle sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales, profitability and departmental targets.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement.
- Ensure adequate stock levels to support sales objectives.
- Work collaboratively with all dealership departments to maximise customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Recruit, train and mentor team members to build a high-performing sales culture.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer retention and repeat business.
To Be Successful in This Role You Will Need:
- Proven experience in Automotive or Motorcycle Sales leadership
- Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills
- Excellent sales, negotiation and closing abilities
- A passion for motorcycles and a current motorcycle licence
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on team success
