The Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Specialist, you will manage a dual-stream pipeline of architectural modular builds and high-volume granny flats, guiding clients from initial design consultation through to contract signing.

- Rapid Site Assessments: Utilise Nearmap and spatial tools to instantly evaluate client backyards and rural blocks for suitability, access, and setbacks.

- Technical Consultation: Conduct expert project consultations, guiding clients seamlessly through WA R-Codes, zoning opportunities, and building permit concepts.

- Pipeline Conversion: Proactively manage high-quality inbound leads, presenting transparent, highly competitive proposals that outclass traditional builders on both price and speed.

- Collaborative Handover: Work alongside our re-energized internal design, drafting,



and council approvals teams to ensure a smooth transition from contract to production.

What We Are Looking For

We are specifically seeking established professionals from the WA project home or house-and-land sectors who want to step away from traditional roadblocks and leverage a highly scalable platform.

- Proven WA Building Sales Experience: A track record of success selling new homes, land packages, or transportable/modular structures in Western Australia.

- R-Codes & Technical Literacy: A strong working knowledge of WA R-Codes, building permit frameworks, and the ability to confidently navigate Nearmap to assess site feasibility.

- Exceptional People Skills: You are an elite communicator who builds fast rapport, projects absolute authority, and guides clients through their property journey with clarity and integrity.
