Cazalys Palmerston Club is looking for a full time duty manager to join our team. The successful applicant will possess the following attributes,

- Proficiency in gaming, food and beverage management with minimum two (2) years' experience is essential.

- Robust understanding of Gaming,Keno and TAB facilities.

- Maintaining a high standard of service to all patrons, while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.

- Ensure smooth running of the club on designated shifts.

- Complete all cash reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner.

- Proactively supervise all staff by providing clear and consistent direction, ensuring that high standards are adhered to at all times, as well as promoting a harmonious team environment.

- Be willing to take responsibility and accountability.

- Ability to mentor and train staff.

- The right candidate must have excellent communication skills and a solid customer service focus, as well as be professionally presented and groomed at all times.

- A committed, trustworthy and responsible individual is what we are looking for. The candidate must be flexible and available to work nights (at least 3-4/week), weekends, public holidays, when rostering demands this.
