About the role

In this role, the Customer Projects Coordinator will be the primary customer contact throughout the product lifecycle and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.





Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- managing customer requirements and expectations

- monitoring project milestones, budgets & schedules

- proactively managing risks, scope changes and issues

- building/maintaining strong customer relationships & partnerships

- overseeing job write-ons and quality standards.

- liaising with our Production Manager on scheduling & forecasting

- generating purchase requests while adhering to company policies.

What we're looking for

- Full Australian working rights essential

- Min. 2+ years previous customer service experience essential

- Previous project coordination or manufacturing experience (electronics industry experience advantageous)

- Strong organisational skills + ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Willingness to undertake occasional inter/intrastate travel

- Degree in Business, Engineering or related highly regarded but not essential.
