JP Flynn Builders carries out repair works on residential properties on behalf of some of Australia’s largest insurance companies and is highly regarded within the industry. With a proud history spanning more than 35 years, the company is now seeking a Repair Coordinator to become part of its friendly team in Tasmania based in the Cambridge office.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of repair building job files from end to end. This role involves regularly liaising with Estimators, Supervisors, and Trades to provide the necessary information to support the smooth delivery of all jobs, while ensuring files are accurately maintained from an administrative perspective.



You will also communicate proactively and clearly with insurance companies and insured parties to ensure a consistently high standard of service is maintained at all times.

Ideally presenting with previous experience in an administrative role the insurance, maintenance, repairs, building, construction, property or warranties industry, you will possess strong written and verbal communication skills. A capable multi-tasker, you will show attention to detail and a service and delivery focus. To be successful in the role you will require well-developed PC skills.
