About the Role

You’ll work across a varied NDIS caseload supporting both adults and children, with the chance to tailor your workload around your strengths. We’ll support you to develop niche areas of interest over time.

You will have access to several Clinical Leads in: Paediatrics,



Home and Living, Home Modifications, Psychosocial, Neurological, Assistive Technology, and Accessibility/Gaming Technology!

You’ll be involved in:

- Ongoing Paediatric OT programs

- Functional and ADL assessments

- Home and Living reports (ILO, SIL, SDA – training provided if needed)

- Capacity building programs

- Equipment prescription and AT recommendations

- Supporting Neurological, Psychosocial and/or developmental disability participants

- Optional involvement in complex seating and home mods (if you’re keen!)

What We’re Looking For

- 1+ year of experience in NDIS practice

- AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist

- Strong written and verbal communication - soft skills are a must!

- Passionate about client outcomes and working in a strengths-based, person-centred way

- Experience with (or interest in developing skills across):
- Functional Capacity Assessments
- Home and Living (ILO, SIL, SDA)
- Psychosocial disability
- Equipment, minor mods, or neuro
- Paediatrics

Bonus Points If You Have:

- Paediatric seating/positioning experience

- Confidence working across paeds + adult populations

Requirements

- Current driver’s licence + reliable car

- Relevant checks (NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, Police Check)

- Professional indemnity & public liability insurance

- COVID-19 vaccination (inc. booster) preferred
