We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of civil construction projects within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and support the delivery of civil construction projects, working closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors and clients.

- Assist in managing project documentation, procurement, subcontractors and site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project programs, monitoring progress and assisting with the achievement of key project milestones.

- Undertake site inspections and quality assurance activities, ensuring works are completed in accordance with project requirements, specifications and company standards.

- Prepare and maintain project records, including ITPs, inspections,



progress reports and other project documentation.

- Support the management of environmental and compliance requirements across project sites.

- Ensure compliance with all WHS, environmental, and quality standards

- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and key stakeholders

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

- Proven experience as a Site Engineer within civil construction

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent communication skills to build lasting client and stakeholder relationships

- Reliability and commitment to achieving deadlines.
