As our Chef you will be a key part of our Catering Team responsible for maintaining and enhancing our reputation as market leaders in our sector who focuses on quality and safety. You will:

Prepare and serve high-quality meals that meet diverse dietary needsMaintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards in line with our Food Safety ProgramManage stock rotation and food storage Support a cooperative team environment and contribute to a positive guest experienceProactively model the Fresh Hope values in all interactions with your team,

As An Experienced Chef You Will Have

Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experienceEnjoy working in a high-volume kitchen environment and know the shortcuts to make service run smoothly Experience with dietary requirements and food safety complianceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA friendly, reliable attitude, willingness to improve your skills and a heart for service
