Are you an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator ready to step into a leadership role while remaining hands-on? We're seeking a Senior Mobilisation Coordinator to lead a team of three and oversee the mobilisation of personnel across multiple major mining clients.

About the Role
Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for leading the mobilisation function while actively managing your own portfolio of candidates. You'll ensure personnel are mobilised efficiently and compliantly to a range of client sites, maintaining exceptional service levels and meeting demanding deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and support a team of three Mobilisation Coordinators
- Manage a high-volume mobilisation workload across multiple client accounts
- Coordinate all pre-employment and mobilisation requirements
- Liaise with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth mobilisation processes
- Maintain compliance with client-specific onboarding requirements
- Provide hands-on support during peak periods while driving team performance
- Participate in an on-call rotation (one week/weekend per month)
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Senior Mobilisation Coordinator role
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing mobilisation teams
- Strong hands-on mobilisation experience with the ability to manage a high-volume workload
- Proven experience using client onboarding systems including:
- Rio Tinto
- Hancock Iron Ore
- Mineral Resources (MRL)
- BHP
- Greatland Gold
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
