About the Role

The Evaluation Coordinator (Heaslip Fellow) plays a key role in leading the design, delivery and continuous improvement of evaluation activities across the MD Program. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners, the role provides specialist expertise in evaluation planning, data analysis and evidence-based reporting to inform decision-making and demonstrate impact. This position contributes to strengthening evaluation capability, ensuring best practice methodologies are applied, and supporting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

Evaluating the effectiveness of the Doctor of Medicine (MD) program in preparing graduates for internship and future professional practiceAnalyse qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights, measure outcomes and inform strategic decision-makingEngage and collaborate with stakeholders to support evaluation activities, build capability and embed best practice approachesPrepare high-quality reports, briefs and recommendations that communicate findings, impacts and opportunities for improvement

Key Capabilities and Experience:

Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering evaluations, including developing frameworks, methodologies and toolsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data and translate findings into actionable insightsProven ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholdersExcellent communication skills, with experience preparing explicit,



concise reports and delivering insights to inform decision-making
