NCS Australia is seeking a Lead Databricks Engineer to design and deliver scalable Lakehouse platforms on Databricks for enterprise clients. You will lead cross‑functional teams, mentor engineers and own end‑to‑end delivery in client‑facing engagements.

You will architect pipelines with Spark, Delta Lake and cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP), drive CI/CD, governance, and observability while aligning with security and privacy standards.
