Bluewater Medical Practice is currently looking for a suitably qualified RN or EN to work with our dedicated team of nurses, staff, and doctors providing the highest quality care.
In this role, you will be expected to work both autonomously and collaboratively to deliver outstanding patient care. Duties will include all aspects of General Practice nursing including (but not limited to):
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Immunisations: including childhood, employment, travel, and COVID-19 vaccinations
- Wound care
- Patient triage
- Sterilisation and infection control implementation
- Diagnostics required for Employment and Aviation Medicals
- General Treatment room duties
- Cold Chain management
About the Candidate
- You're a nurse with AHPRA registration and full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
- You're passionate about patient care
- You are available to be rostered between the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday - some flexibility can be accommodated
- Ideally have GP nursing experience
- You have experience working with GP Chronic Condition Management Plans and Health Assessments
- You hold a current CPR certificate - although assistance can be offered here if it has recently expired.
Previous experience working within a GP clinic would be highly desirable. Remuneration will be based on experience.
