We have an opportunity for a focused and forward-thinking Sales Manager who loves developing client relationships.

Based in our Fremantle office you will be working closely with a Hotel General Manager and our extended sales network. In this role you will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service across multiple market segments and industries with existing accounts and actively securing new business to deliver on revenue opportunities for the business.

This senior role focuses entirely on sales strategy and business development, with all event delivery handled by our operations team—allowing you to concentrate on what you do best: winning business and driving revenue.

What You’ll Do

- Lead sales initiatives, campaigns, and direct booking strategies to grow revenue.
- Generate new business through networking, calls, appointments, and digital campaigns.
- Build lasting client relationships via account management, tenders, and contract negotiations.




- Conduct site inspections and represent the hotel at industry events and client functions.
- Collaborate on attractive sales packages and innovative products tailored to market needs.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to seize emerging opportunities.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline with key accounts and industry partners.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales (essential).
- Passion for networking and representing a hotel brand with authenticity.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Robust commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and able to prioritize effectively.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM/SAAS platforms (e.g., Agency360, Cvent, Salesforce).
