Your new company Our client is a large and complex organisation with a significant property portfolio, responsible for managing a diverse range of owned and leased assets. They are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Coordinator to provide strategic commercial leadership across property-related contracts, supplier management, leasing arrangements, and procurement activities. Your new role You will play a key role in managing commercial negotiations, contract performance, and supplier relationships across a significant property portfolio.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, legal teams, procurement specialists, and external service providers, you will ensure robust commercial governance and deliver strong contractual outcomes.
- Leading complex commercial and contractual negotiations, including variations, renewals, new services, and dispute resolution.
- Providing strategic advice to senior leadership on commercial risks, opportunities, and contract performance.
- Managing leasing and tenancy-related matters, including lease negotiations, rent collection processes, tenancy schedules, and commercial property agreements.
- Driving continuous improvement of contract management frameworks, supplier governance processes, and reporting mechanisms.
- Collaborating with procurement, legal, and operational stakeholders to achieve commercially sound outcomes.
- Monitoring supplier performance, compliance obligations, and risk management requirements.
- Developing and implementing policies, procedures,
and best-practice contract management processes.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed - Extensive experience in commercial contract management, supplier governance, and commercial negotiations.
- Strong property, facilities, infrastructure, or asset management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing leasing arrangements, tenancy agreements, and service contracts.
- Solid understanding of contract administration, procurement processes, and risk management principles.
- Experience working closely with legal teams to negotiate and manage complex contractual arrangements.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- The ability to influence senior decision-makers and present commercial recommendations with confidence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
